Monsooned Malabar is an aged coffee. The beans are spread out on tables for the
whole monsoon season on the Malabar Coast of India, and then dried in the
sun. It has a chocolatety bitterness and
a touch of brininess with very low acidity. This coffee has a
passionate following; we ship it all over the world.
